Marvellous location to a famed street. What a welcoming staff. A small kitchen and a kettle in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

Actually, the room was well decorated and brand-new, it also had hairdryers, shower caps, and bath sheets. The location was good and perfect and walk from a metro station. The vibe here was quiet...

perfect location between Plaza de Espana and Templo de Debod, 3 minute walk at a quiet pace. Metro stops at 5 minutes and Gran Via at a few meters... well connected, walking to Plaza de Callao 10 minutes and Puerta del Sol 15. hotel is very good, buffet breakfast at 7. 5... in the area there are many places, parking at 24 euros a day. to park the area is busy, there is more parking in the area, comfort of being in the same hotel, in our case we did not need because we went in Ave to Madrid. bed is not a double bed, two beds together, that if very comfortable and very spacious. It has a mini bar that can be used to have your fresh drinks, as well as a small kitchen if you want to cook something. They make the room daily. nice receptionists and will solve all the doubts that you have of the zone.
What we didn't like is that the third bed for an adult, although it is a good mattress, is a standard 90-foot bed with a wood headboard that is quite uncomfortable for an adult. For a child, that's a good enough bed. As well as the views from room 210 overlooking an inner courtyard of several estates, but in the upper rooms I imagine the views will be better. The service area (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) is quite desolate in the area ... but as it is close to everything downtown ... not much problem.

Great breakfasts, very responsive and competent staff.
A nice size room with a storage, thick blackout curtains and a kettle, and comfortable bed. Location near both metro and shopping, the main tourist areas, and the Cathedral. For tea or coffee visit Bar Restaurante Penjamo nearby.

Marvellous location at a moderate distance from a luxurious over-the-top rococo palace. Residential area short walk to the underground or the Hop on/off buses and shops & restaurants.

The bathroom felt disproportionately cramped compared to the room size!!! A few electrical outlets would help with device charging for today's travelers!!! Noise from a nearby school can disrupt tranquility during the mornings!!!

The very comfortable beds, the perfect room temperature for a Madrid summer. The bathrooms are clean and well ordered. The staff, attentive and friendly helped in everything. The fact that they had a luggage scale at the reception is appreciated, especially if you buy something and it increases the weight of your suitcase, it is very useful. The perfect location, not far from the centre of Madrid (100 metres from Plaza de Espana) but far enough away on a quiet street to rest and recuperate without outside noise. In short, a good hotel at an excellent price and a perfect location.
Perhaps it was the distribution of the room, electrical plugs are far from the tables or places where you can put to recharge cell phones, digital cameras, tablets, etc.. It would be a comfort for the guest to have closer plugs and not to put the devices on the floor.

Good location, rooms made up each morning, free internet in lobby, double glazing on windows so very quiet, curtains very good keeping room dark, aircon great.
When there was a cue of customers at front desk, there was only 1 person on the desk whilst a number of staff stayed in the office which was annoying.

The hotel is very clean and quiet, with pleasant modern design and attentive staff, wireless free internet in the rooms. Everything was fine and we enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. We also loved comfortable and big beds and liked the fact that our son could stay there for free and have his own bed. Also the location is great, exceptionally quiet (however ask for a room on the backyard side), close to the park and not far away from the city centre, reachable on foot. Also the next metro stop is 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
I still don't understand why the kitchenette is not equipped in basic stuff such as a kettle, some plates and cutlery? This would be a very welcomed addition to this almost perfect hotel :).

It was a very nice and clean hotel with good location, the staff was nice to us and we had wireless internet in room. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so we don't have an oppinion on that. We had the airplane at 2 am so we left the luggage at the hotel's reception and there were no problems.

It was our first trip to Madrid and it turned out to be a great destination for a city break. The hotel was modern, had well appointed rooms, breakfasts provided were good and staff members were helpful and polite. The hotel was also well located in the city.(within walking distance to many of the main attractions and near Metro stations). The Madrid Metro system was really good and easy to navigate. All things considered Madrid is a city which we would advise others to visit.

The hotel is very good located (near city center), there's a metro station and shopping center in the neighbourhood. Free and fast internet in the room (cable). Private parking was much cheaper then it was announced.
There's a little kitchen in the room, but there's no any dishes!!! (no teapot, no cups, no spoons, forks, etc...) It makes kitchen useless. No heating in the room, only noisy aircon (in Madrid is quite cold in january). After room was cleand we didn't find our toothpaste...
